Ileana Boariu is an undergrad in Communication Sciences and Disorders at GSU. Her interest in speech-language pathology began when her daughter was treated for a feeding disorder. She aims to become a speech-language pathology to help other children overcome similar challenges. She enjoys time baking with her daughters.

Lan Bui graduated from the University of Georgia with a B.S. in Psychology and is currently pursuing an M.S. Communication Sciences and Disorders at Georgia State University. Her goal is to work in the field as a speech-language pathologist. Her hobbies include baking, crocheting, and watching Neil deGrasse Tyson's StarTalk podcast.

Patrick Dorvilus is a freshman majoring in Biology at GSU. He is interested in research to further his understanding of stuttering, gain lab experience and hopefully, contribute to research that helps others who stutter. His future goal is to become a doctor. He also hopes to inspire others who have let their stuttering hold them back. He loves cats.

Natalie Frances is completing her undergraduate degree in Communications and a minor in CSD from Georgia State University. She has a goal of completing her master's in CSD and becoming a speech-language pathologist. She works at the Atlanta Speech School as a substitute teacher.​

Lucia Martinez graduated fom GSU with a bachelor's degree in Human Learning and Development with a minor in Speech Communications. She is applying to master's programs in Communication Sciences and Disorders, intending to become a bilingual speech-language pathologist. She enjoys long hikes and getting lost in a great book.

Maryem Raja............... graduated with her master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Georgia State University in 2021. Katie currently works as a speech-language pathologist in the Atlanta area at a clinic that specializes in stuttering treatment. She endeavors to become a board certified specialist in stuttering.

Manuel Read is an undergraduate studying biology at the University of Georgia (UGA), having initially studied at GSU. Besides working in the lab, he works as a peer learning assistant for an introductory biochemistry course and as a trip leader for the UGA Outdoor Recreation Center. He aims to become a physician. He enjoys hiking.

Driven by her passion for helping others communicate effectively, she aims to support individuals with diverse communication needs. She enjoys traveling and time with family.

Hendrix Wallen is currently a junior at Georgia State University, studying to obtain his BA in Psychology. In his spare time, he enjoys playing the guitar, as well as listening to several different genres including the blues and several different metal subgenres.

She is currently pursuing a master's degree in speech-language pathology at San Diego State University. In her free time, she likes to read, take walks, and learn languages.

Caitlin Franchini recently graduated with her master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders in 2020. She is currently a clinical fellow at the Arthur Blank Center for Stuttering Education.

Simran Kalsi recently graduated with a bachelor's degree in Biology with a concentration track in pre-medicine. Her long-term goal is to pursue family medicine so that she can be a primary care physician that is accessible and affordable to all. In her free time, she enjoys cooking new recipes and watching Disney movies.

Kamal Korrapati is pursuing a public policy degree at Georgia Tech with a concentration on science and technology. He hopes to go into pediatric research to make medical treatments safer and more comfortable for children. In his free time, he likes to spend time with my dog, play soccer, and try new foods!

Malini Laxman graduated with master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology at Georgia State University in 2023. She speaks English, Spanish, and Tamil, and is in the process of learning Korean. In her free time, she enjoys baking desserts and going on nature walks.

Dana Lee graduated with her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from  Georgia State University. She began her Clinical Fellowship Year in Gwinnett County Public Schools this fall and plans to continue her career in the public school system. Dana enjoys golfing and traveling in her free time.

Her long-term goals are to work for a non-profit and provide neurodiversity-affirming speech and language therapy. In her free time, she enjoys doing yoga and traveling.

Abby Stamper is currently pursuing her master's degree in Speech Communication with Communication Sciences and Disorders at Georgia State University. Her long-term goal is to be a medical Speech-Language Pathologist and to travel the world. In her free time, she enjoys practicing gymnastics and trying new food recipes.
